We would love to welcome you to our friendly, relaxed fully licensed restaurant. Set on Main Street, Cockermouth, we offer an authentic Turkish dining experience from food to decor to staff.

Freshly prepared to order from local produce and from imported Turkish ingredients we specialise in all Turkish dishes with a selection from the area from where the owners are from – Gaziantep in South East Turkey.

Enjoy anything from a Turkish coffee and Baklava to a selection of Meze or a full 3 course meal the menu suits all budgets.

We offer a wide selection of dishes suitable for Vegetarian , Vegan and Gluten free , just tell the staff when you book.

Amazing food and service Omg this food was delicious. Had some hot meze dishes. Followed by baklava and Turkish coffee and salep. Hot milk drink with cinnamon .Omg So lovely. Will be back.

A fabulous restaurant! What a fabulous place! Visited many times. Today have driven from London and my first stop is lunch at Aspava. Delicious, authentic food that is always amazing. Great staff and service. Try it, you won’t be disappointed

Monday lunch This is our second lunchtime visit. The service was calm and welcoming. Our food was freshly cooked, and main course and desserts were delicious. We look forward to returning for more good meals.

Nice time out with the family. Friendly staff, good food, good family atmosphere. A variety of food for everyone including good vegetarian meals. Konaffa as a dessert worth trying.

Another amazing breakfast 🌟 Another amazing breakfast 🌟 from the moment you walk through doors you feel welcome. The friendliness of Aspava Team is not beatable! Everything is just as we remember years ago. Food is absolutely delicious from the breakfast to lunch and dinner! Thank you all for another lovely treat. Absolutely Brilliant We ate here between Christmas and New Year. The welcome was friendly despite the place being busy. The quality of the food was very, very good.

Excellent freshly made cuisine. Fantastic cuisine and excellent service, I was in the area for work and wanting some freshly cooked food called in for dinner... was so good I was in the next morning for breakfast!

A bit disappointed Felt rushed and pressured to order drinks and food. The food came quite fast, and it was average. Pide was a bit disappointing as lots of cheese but not much else. The waiter almost took the plate from my friend who didn't finish her meal! It has amazing reviews but I felt a bit disappointed with the experience. Shame.
